Day 13

After falling off the diet wagon yesterday afternoon, I decided I had best be good today! Before going to the gym, I enjoyed apple slices with almond butter. After a cardio and upper body workout, I returned home for a blueberry and raspberry smoothie. Dinner was salmon and green beans. Tonight's snack is grapes. I will try to get more exciting with meals in a few days after I get back on track.
