- OK, time for an update! I no longer attend the gym or take the piano lessons I enjoyed so much. Two herniated discs in my neck put an end to that! I am still a foodie but not a food snob. I enjoy trying new recipes, and getting my new groom to test them. I am still cake making and although I am not at the level of the cake boss et al, I am enjoying what I can do. some of my cakes are better than others, but everyone is kind to me and tells me how wonderful they are anyway! What great family and friends! Did you catch the "groom" comment? I was married in October to the best man on the planet. When I started this blog in 2009 I would have never guessed that love would find me again. So never give up on your dreams. They could be just around the corner and if you stop looking, you might miss it! My needlecrafts are still coming along. I am a *poor* blogger in that I don't get as much posted as I would like, but I am trying to summerize the things that I missed as individual postings. I hope you enjoy reading as much as I enjoy posting when I finally get around to it. If you want to leave me comments, I would be happy to hear from you!
